Specialist SDET

As a Senior SDET at AGDATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and building our software offerings. Our innovative and expert team is dedicated to enhancing relationships with our clients through technology. **Role Responsibilities:** - Participate in story refinement sessions to ensure well-defined details and dependencies for testing - Collaborate with Product Owner and Developers to deliver quality software - Write and maintain test cases, execute tests, and perform ad-hoc testing with end-user experience in mind - Automate test cases based on priority before the end of each sprint - Participate in code reviews to ensure commits meet standards - Monitor Azure Release for regression bugs and environment issues - Coordinate testing of features with geo-distributed teams - Provide input during Retrospective meetings and drive process improvements - Manage quality and bug reports throughout all stages of releases **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 8+ years of SDET experience - 3+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid - 2+ years of experience testing web APIs through code - Strong knowledge of OOP design with C# programming skills - Extensive experience in data-driven testing with complex data - Ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation - Familiarity with test methodologies and corresponding tools - Experience with Visual Studio 2016+ and Git - 1+ year of experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of ROI, risk assessment, test automation, code coverage, and feature coverage - Passion for design, development, and quality **How AGDATA Supports You:** - Comprehensive medical coverage for employees and dependents, including parents - OPD benefit coverage for various specialties - Paternity leave up to 14 working days - Flexible hybrid work policy for work-life balance - Opportunities for internal growth - 14% of associates were promoted internally in 2023 - Brand-new office space with free snacks and top-class facilities If you are ready to have an impact and contribute to our innovative solutions, please send your resume to talentindia@agdata.com.
