AGDATA is looking for a Specialist SDET to contribute to the design and building of our software offerings. Our engineering team works with .NET in an Agile environment, utilizing Azure DevOps Pipelines and Release. The definition of "DONE" includes writing automated tests for seamless full regression on releases. Our focus is on doing things right and seeking feedback for continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in story refinement sessions, collaborate with Product Owner and Developers to deliver quality, write and maintain test cases, automate test cases based on priority, participate in code reviews, monitor Azure Release for regression bugs, work with geo-distributed teams, be vocal during Retrospective meetings, and manage quality and bugs reports in all stages of releases. To be successful in this role, you should have 7 - 10 years of experience as an SDET, 3+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid, 2+ years of experience testing web API through code, strong experience in OOP design with C# / Java programming skills (C# preferred), ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation, knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools, ability to recognize errors and assess risks within applications/processes, working knowledge of Visual Studio 2016+ and Git, 1+ year of experience with CI/CD pipelines, understanding of ROI and risk for ad-hoc testing, test automation, code coverage, and feature coverage, and a passion for design, development, and quality. Job Description: The main function of an Android developer is to work with engineers to develop and maintain high quality mobile applications utilizing Android software. They will collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance Design interfaces to improve user experience Liaise with Product development team to plan new features Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols Stay up to date with new technology trends Skills: In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language i.e. Java Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Familiarity with OOP design principles Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude Ability to perform in a team environment Education/Experience: BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field Proven work experience as an Android developer Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Android market
