As a Specialist Retail Assets Compliance, your role will involve overseeing the bank's compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to the Retail Asset Portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating with Micro Assets, Micro Banking Channel, BC Channel to ensure compliance with RBI and other statutory guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure the bank's compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements for the Retail Asset Portfolio. - Coordinate with Micro Assets, Micro Banking Channel, BC Channel for compliance with RBI and other statutory guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation from a reputed University. - Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services with at least 5 years in Retail Assets. - In-depth knowledge of Retail Assets, Banking Operations, and Control Functions. - Experience in Retail Assets verticals like Mortgage, Mobility, Agri Loans etc. **Additional Details:** The preferred qualifications and certifications for this role include relevant certifications and CAIIB, which would be an added advantage. A good understanding of Risk Management, regulatory guidelines, advanced Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills, and data analytical skills will also be beneficial.
