Specialist Process Knowledge Management

As a Process Knowledge Management Specialist at Emerson, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for authoring and updating DeltaV PKM process templates, Process Recipes, and associated Master Data. Your primary focus will be to ensure that Process Recipes within DeltaV PKM are designed, developed, deployed, and supported in compliance with business processes and technical standards to maximize business benefits. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Support DeltaV PKM training, collaboration, benefit realization, and standardization following standard processes and procedures, including cGMP regulations, SOPs, and global business processes. - Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities. - Assist in defining and implementing an SDLC strategy to support flexible use of DeltaV PKM capabilities. - Maintain Process recipes and master data, leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes and DeltaV PKM standards. - Execute change control and life-cycle actions to ensure DeltaV PKM system compliance. - Collaborate in troubleshooting to efficiently resolve user issues and provide assurance on quality decisions. **Education:** - Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience with life sciences systems or 7+ years of relevant experience in the field. **Required Experience And Skills:** - Proven analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - High personal integrity, credibility, and energy. - Excellent communication and influencing skills with Global stakeholders. - Strong understanding of manufacturing principles/processes, preferably in Biologics, and ability to translate requirements into Automation/Digital Solutions. **Preferred Experience And Skills:** - Knowledge of SAP and Pharmaceutical Technology Transfer processes.
