Job Description

The SAP ABAP Lead guides a team of developers in designing developing and maintaining ABAP programs
This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions optimizing code performance and ensuring integration across SAP modules 5

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers
Oversee ABAP code creation maintenance and optimization Collaborate with functional teams to gather and translate requirements
Develop robust SAP interfaces and enhancements
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Stay updated with SAP technologies and trends 5

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 5 years in SAP ABAP development with leadership experience
Strong understanding of SAP ECC IDoc BAPI Smart Forms ALV Reports and Enhancement Framework
Proficiency in debugging performance tuning and objectoriented programming
Excellent communication and leadership skills
