Key Responsibilities: - Accurately and efficiently process participant transaction requests and assigned tasks in the EASY recordkeeping system - Develop extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, and plan level set up rules - Maintain productivity and quality goals while prioritizing and completing tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements - Design and deliver clear, respectful communications to various audiences - Acquire basic skills and knowledge of the organization's processing platforms - Demonstrate decision-making and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy - Analyze transactions for completion and correct posting to participant accounts - Perform data reviews to prevent the risk of errors - May require periodic and unscheduled overtime Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of related experience in the financial field preferred - Ability to pass company-administered skills assessments - Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability for in-depth research - Ability to maintain productivity levels while ensuring accuracy - Strong communication skills and ability to work under immediate supervision (Note: This job description may be subject to revisions.
