Role In this technical marketing role, you will: Design email campaigns, lead capture forms, and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Develop target audience segmentation in SFMC to execute email campaigns. Conduct A/B testing of emails to optimize performance. Create automated journeys for lead gen campaigns and manage lead routing. Measure and analyze campaign performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality campaign assets. Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and privacy regulations. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should have: An MBA (preferably) in marketing, communication or a related field Over 4 years of experience in marketing technology and automation Hands-on experience with SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Certification is SFMC and experience in AEM and Cvent is a plus Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Openness to work in the EMEA time shift (12:00pm to 9:00pm IST)
