Collaborate with Medical Affairs clients to align delivery with scientific and regulatory expectations. AI-Driven Efficiency & Innovation: Identify and implement AI-based tools and platforms (e.g., content generation, QA automation, design tools) to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of delivery. Stay updated on emerging technologies and work with internal teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into workflows. Scale & Process Maturity: Drive maturity of the operations function to support scale, including project tracking tools, dashboards, and resourcing plans. Support new business opportunities by setting up delivery processes for production-ready content and commercial engagements.
