Role Description

Provide overall technology leadership to the team to estimate, design, build and rollout the solutions to production, while ensuring that appropriate engineering processes, practices and tools are leveraged for the timely realisation of the quality solutionReview the work done by the team and provide actionable feedback.Understand technical and business requirement and deliver working and tested codeWork on full stack Java development.Performing demonstrations of the work to customerParticipate in customer calls understand the requirements and issues.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE4 plus years of Java development experience, at least 1 year with front end and one year with back endAt least 1 project implementations as a full stack developerCertification Not ApplicableShould have knowledge of any front end framework like Angular or React and back end like NodeExperience of implementing and governing software engineering processes, practices, tools and standards for development teamsExperience working on tools like GIT

Qualifications

SOFT SKILLSMust be hands on Strong leadership, business communication and consulting skillsPrior experience of working in client facing leadership roles in geographies like US, CanadaMust be a thought leader in one or more areas of technology
