Specialist.
Your Focus
As Specialist based out of our Finance Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for processing invoices, manage end-to-end accounts payable and maintain the quality of the process for respective region.The role reports to Assistant Manager/Operations Leader Operations.
How You Will Contribute
- Good understanding of basic accountancy.
- 3 5 years of experience in invoice processing in SAP.
- Able to process invoices with 100% accuracy and agreed timelines.
- Satisfactory typing speed and eye on details.
- Invoice Processing with 100% accuracy and agreed timelines.
- Should be able to handle all kind of Critical Invoices in the process.
- Issue Investigation and follow-up for resolution.
- Backup for Site contacts in the Process.
- Adhere to process guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve the operations targets / SLAs such as volume, Turn Around Time (TAT), productivity, quality and customer experience.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- B. Com. Or Finance graduates
- Should be decent in verbal and written communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
- Flexible to work in regional shifts.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of business process and systems.
- Well organized and time management skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (FI-CO) as an end-user is a must.
