Job Description

As a Senior Technical Lead / Associate Architect with 8-12 years of experience, your main role is to design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions. You will be working with Java or Node.js, cloud-native architecture (AWS or Azure), and DevOps practices in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality product delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Leadership & Development** - Lead and mentor development teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. - Drive hands-on development using Java or Node.js with modern frameworks and tools. - Guide the team on design patterns, modular code practices, and performance optimization. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. - **System Design & Architecture** - Own and contribute to the low-level design and architecture of business-critical applications. - Ensure design decisions reflect scalability, maintainability, fault-tolerance, and security. - Translate business requirements into architectural and implementation plans. - **Cloud-Native & DevOps Practices** - Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure using containers, microservices, and serverless frameworks. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure. - Apply security best practices in software development and cloud deployment. - **Agile Development & Delivery** - Work in Agile teams following Scrum or Kanban methodologies. - Promote test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD automation, and incremental releases. - Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and demos. - **Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements** - Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders for requirement analysis. - Provide technical feasibility and implementation options to meet business needs. - **Mentoring & Technical Evaluation** - Mentor junior developers to foster technical growth and career advancement. - Conduct technical interviews and assessments for new developer hires. - **Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing** - Uphold and evolve coding standards, architecture guidelines, and software processes. - Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and internal learning resources. - Drive automation of repetitive or manual engineering tasks. **Qualification Required:** - 8-12 years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in Java or Node.js. - Expertise in cloud platforms AWS or Azure (serverless, Kubernetes, containers). - Experience with architecture patterns: SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture. - Strong understanding of CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices. - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling. - Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). - Ability to conduct system design reviews, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation. - Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.,
