Specialist - Fullstack

As a Software Specialist (C++) in the Software Engineering team at Verint, your role is crucial in leading a team of skilled software engineers to successfully execute R&D projects. Your responsibilities will include working independently on the development of VFC product and its features, mentoring team members, and ensuring that software deliverables are innovative, robust, and meet customer expectations. You will serve as a liaison between the engineering team and product management, translating business goals into technical strategies, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement, and maintaining a balance between short-term milestones and long-term objectives.
