Role Overview: As a Functional Consultant at Bristlecone, you will collaborate closely with clients to deploy and maintain o9's powered planning platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve gathering business requirements, converting them into functional specifications, and aiding in the configuration and delivery of the solution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to comprehend business needs across supply chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and integrated business planning modules of O9. - Translate requirements into functional design specifications for o9 platform configuration. - Support the implementation team with configuration, data integration, and system testing. - Assist in solution validation, UAT, and go-live support. - Act as a bridge between client business users and technical/development teams. - Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
