Job Description: As a candidate for this role, you will have the opportunity to design applications from scratch, implement enterprise-class structures, and map organization structures using data modeling best practices. You will be required to have experience with Pega API, Integration, JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channel. Additionally, knowledge of object-oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC will be essential. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be utilized for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions, and leading development teams to implement Pega best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design applications from scratch and implement enterprise-class structures - Map organization structures using data modeling best practices - Utilize Pega API, Integration, JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channel - Apply knowledge of object-oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC - Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practices - Responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering user stories following Pega best practices - Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with application quality standards Qualification Required: - Total Experience: 5-8 years - Minimum Experience in Pega: 4+ years - Mandatory certification: Pega CSSA - Mandatory Skills: Pega Application Design Best practices and Code Quality,
