Job Description

As an experienced graphic designer at JLL, your role involves working closely with business/service lines to design and develop materials that support various teams. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing communications that effectively convey messages. Your main focus will be on designing customized research reports and other collateral. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand across digital and print communications. - Demonstrate a superior understanding of graphic design principles. - Gather relevant information for each project to ensure accurate communication. - Generate creative assets from concept to completion. - Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent brand perception. - Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs. - Translate business information into visually appealing and impactful designs. - Stay updated on visual design standards, processes, and trends. - Work independently and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure. - Provide constructive feedback to team members and review tasks as a mentor. - Implement feedback from project stakeholders into your design work. - Contribute to design decisions related to functionality and research report design. - Display strong work ethics, initiative, resourcefulness, and multitasking abilities. - Work on various Real Estate related deliverables such as 2D Maps, Site plans, Floor plans, Building Illustrations, property brochures/flyers. Qualifications Required: - BS/MS degree in visual communications, Graphic Design, or Art school. - 6-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Marketing/Communications agency setup. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Knowledge of After Effects for video creation/animations is a plus. - Good analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills for conveying concepts and ideas effectively. - Experience working with global and international clients is preferred. - Detail-oriented, organized, problem-solving approach, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy. - Self-starter, team player, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
