Specialist- Data Management & Administration

As a Supplier Documentation Management Specialist at Datwyler, your primary goal is to request, manage, and update necessary documents to ensure supplier compliance with internationally accepted legal, ethical, and operational standards, as well as Datwyler specific standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Requesting and updating necessary documents from suppliers - Verifying the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents - Maintaining an organized system for filing and tracking documentation, both physically and digitally - Supporting local procurement teams in gathering all supplier-related information/documentation Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring document expiration by: - Regularly checking expiration dates of supplier documents such as licenses, insurance, certifications, and self-assessments - Notifying relevant stakeholders and suppliers in advance of expirations to ensure timely renewal - Updating records to reflect changes in documentation status You will also provide Procurement Process Support by: - Assisting in onboarding new suppliers by ensuring all required documents are submitted, verified, and distributed internally - Maintaining effective communication with suppliers to resolve documentation-related issues - Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and preparing reports - Supporting supplier performance calculation through data collection and preparation of reports To be successful in this role, you should have: - A proven Highschool level of working and thinking, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - Good knowledge of MS Office and company-specific software - Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written in English - A collaborative approach to work with internal teams and suppliers At Datwyler, we believe that people make the difference.
