Role & responsibilities Citrix L3 Wintel L3 Engineer with very good troubleshooting and communication skills Deploy and manage Citrix end to end infrastructure in AWS Any Cloud Ability to handle Hybrid Citrix environment with Control Centers at Citrix Cloud Thorough knowledge in handling Citrix DesktopsasaService DaaS Proficiency in Delivery Group machine catalog machine creation services MCS Ability to handle Citrix Netscaler ADC including all SSL renewals ADC policies Virtual Servers Knowledge of handling Citrix Solution with SAML SSO through Okta ADFS Any IdP for secured single sign on Experience in Citrix DaaS Virtual Apps and services with multiple sites and farms Citrix Patch Management and life cycle management Experience on Citrix WEM Citrix Policies Active Directory Policies Knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile Citrix upgrade and farm consolidation from planning to implementation PowerShell scripting IIS Log cleanup basic deployment application pool recycle ITIL Working Knowledge of Ticketing tool any Good knowledge of change management processes and Problem Management Demonstrate good communication analytical problem solving skills
