Specialist - AWS (Cloud)

You will be working in the AWS platform managing SAP workloads and developing automation scripts using AWS services. It is essential to support a 24*7 environment and have the willingness to learn new technologies. Your major accountabilities will include: - Solving incidents and implementing changes in the AWS Cloud environment - Owning and driving incidents to resolution with a focus on performance troubleshooting and capacity management - Championing standardization and simplification of AWS Operations involving services such as S3, EC2, EBS, Lamda, Network, NACL, Security Groups, etc. You will also: - Prepare and execute internal AWS projects, identifying critical integration points and proposing solutions - Provide effort estimations while ensuring alignment with business and other teams - Maintain consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and Agile ways of working Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business/technical domains - AWS Cloud certifications/trainings - Over 5 years of relevant professional IT experience in related technical area - Proven experience in handling AWS Cloud workloads and preparing Terraform scripts - Excellent troubleshooting skills Additional Qualifications: - Experience in handling SAP workloads and extensive monitoring - Experience in a 24*7 environment - Knowledge of EC2 Instance setup, EBS and EFS Setup, S3 configuration, and Alert Configuration in Cloud Watch - Good knowledge of NACL and Security Groups, Cloud Formation, automation pipelines, and Identity and Access Management - Understanding of ITIL v4 principles and ability to work in complex 24*7 environments Novartis is committed to creating an outstanding, inclusive work environment with diverse teams.
