You are expected to possess strong technical skills and effectively communicate with clients. **Key Duties & Responsibilities:** - Work on Specialist Data engineering projects for E2E Analytics. - Ensure timely project delivery. - Mentor and guide other team members. - Gather requirements from clients and maintain effective communication. - Create timely documentation for knowledge base, user guides, and various communication systems. - Deliver against business needs, team goals, and objectives. - Handle large datasets in various formats, conduct integrity/QA checks, and reconcile accounting systems. - Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve process or system-related issues. - Uphold and comply with company policies, procedures, and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct. - Experience working with Agile methodology. **Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required; B.Tech/MCA preferred. - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience. - Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service. - Technical proficiency in Spark, Scala, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data bricks, data Lake, SQL, Snowflake, SSIS, ADF, Python, and Astronomer Airflow. - Exposure to Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals. **Key Competency Profile:** - Own your development by implementing and sharing your learnings. - Motivate team members to perform at their highest level. - Act with integrity and adhere to the company's values. - Proactively identify problems and solutions for yourself and others. - Communicate effectively when facing challenges. - Demonstrate accountability and responsibility.
