Special Educator

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plans
• Adapt learning materials to students’ need
• Monitor children’s behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
• Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
• Prepare students for transition to the next grade
• Inform parents about their children’s performance and potential problems
• Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role
• A patient, resourceful, and resilient personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification :

• Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) / B.Ed.General with one year Diploma in Special Education / B.Ed.General with two years Diploma in Special Education / B.Ed.General with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD) / B.Ed. Special Education and Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC)

Salary : Rs.20 K -25K per month
