Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various disabilities, experience in individualized instruction, and a passion for working with children with special needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs Work collaboratively with therapists, parents, and other educators Monitor and report on student progress Create a positive and supportive learning environment Maintain accurate records and documentation Participate in school activities, training, and team meetings
