Role & responsibilities

Assess the developmental needs of children and design individualized education plans.
• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.• Develop and adapt educational materials that enhance learning experiences..• Facilitate social skills development through group activities and play.• Evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.• Guide students in developing communication and self-help skills.• Maintain detailed records of student behaviour and milestones.• Provide emotional support and encouragement to children and families.

• working Days 2 to 3 days in a week.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.• Experience working with children with special needs..• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
