Spare Parts Checker

Responsible for checking, verifying, and maintaining all incoming and outgoing spare parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper inventory management in the Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify all spare parts received against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure correct quantity, part number, and condition of parts before storing.
• Maintain proper record of stock entries and issues in the system or register.
• Support the Service Advisor and Technicians by providing correct parts on time.
• Report any damaged, missing, or mismatched parts immediately.
• Keep the parts storage area clean, organized, and well-labeled.
• Assist in monthly/weekly stock audits and inventory counts.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager for reorder levels and stock updates.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts (especially two-wheelers).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / DMS preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical.
• 1–2 years of experience in parts checking .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
