Spare Parts Assistant

The Spare Parts Assistant at Royal Enfield plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability and accurate distribution of spare parts to support maintenance, repairs, and customer needs. This position involves managing parts inventory, assisting customers with spare parts inquiries, and ensuring that all spare parts are handled efficiently and in accordance with the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate stock levels of genuine Royal Enfield spare parts.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and audits, ensuring parts are stored and organized according to company procedures.
• Monitor and report stock levels, highlighting low stock items and coordinating reordering in a timely manner.
• Parts Ordering & Procurement:
• Assist in ordering spare parts, tracking deliveries, and ensuring the timely arrival of components.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
• Parts Distribution:
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch spare parts for both internal use and customer orders, ensuring parts are sent to the correct destinations.
• Support service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts for customer vehicles, providing expertise on part compatibility.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries regarding spare parts availability, specifications, pricing, and compatibility with various Royal Enfield motorcycle models.
• Process customer returns and exchanges of parts, ensuring all transactions are handled professionally and according to company policy.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all parts transactions, including stock entries, orders, returns, and deliveries.
• Assist in preparing reports on parts usage, stock movements, and sales trends to support decision-making in parts management.
• General Support:
• Assist the Spare Parts Manager and other team members in daily operations and special projects related to spare parts.
• Ensure a clean and organized storage area, following health and safety guidelines for handling spare parts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
