Spare Parts Assistant

Job Purpose:

To assist in managing the spare parts inventory, ensure timely availability of required parts for repair & service operations, and maintain proper stock records to support smooth functioning of a multibrand automobile workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing spare parts as per company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, issues, and returns.
• Support in identifying, locating, and issuing the correct spare parts for technicians and service advisors.
• Handle parts requisition requests and ensure timely delivery to workshop bays.
• Assist in physical stock verification and periodic audits.
• Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and systematic storage of spare parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team for parts requirements.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly spare parts consumption reports.
• Provide support in warranty claims and defective parts return process.
• Ensure compliance with workshop policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
