Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and Airport Codes to provide clients with some of the best travel deals. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy will be key to your success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and Airport Codes - Converting inbound Spanish calls (U.S PAX) into sales - Providing clients with the best travel deals - Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy **Qualifications Required:** - Experience on Destination Oriented calls and Generic Calls - Proficiency in Spanish speaking and writing - Excellent geographical knowledge of the US **Additional Details:** The company offers a range of benefits including cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund.
