Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services. You will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in line with our standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:Spa Treatments:

• Provide a range of spa services including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.), facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other holistic treatments.
• Customize treatments based on client needs and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa services and product lines.

Customer Service:

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Conduct consultations to understand guest needs, health conditions, or concerns.
• Recommend suitable treatments and aftercare.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines as per company and local regulations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and sterilized as needed.

Product Knowledge & Sales:

• Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products.
• Educate guests about products and wellness routines for home use.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and reporting product usage.
• Support reception team as needed (e.g., booking, guest inquiries).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa/hospitality setting.
• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, cosmetology, or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of body treatments, massage techniques, and spa products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in skincare, aromatherapy, reflexology, or ayurveda.
• Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
• Familiarity with booking software or spa management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
