Role Overview: Heaven Holistic Spa, a rapidly growing luxury spa and salon management company, is looking for experienced professionals to join their team. As a distinguished family-oriented brand, the company is dedicated to enhancing well-being and rejuvenating lives through premium spa and salon services across hotels and resorts in India. With a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and product quality, Heaven Holistic Spa is seeking individuals with a background in high-end hotel spas. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored therapy treatments to guests - Assess guests' needs and identify contraindications before starting services - Stay updated on the latest techniques and modalities in the field - Escort guests to and from treatment rooms - Prepare workstations and treatment rooms, including arranging drapes and maintaining a tidy space - Regularly check in with guests to ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction - Upsell spa services, explaining the benefits of various treatments - Promote and sell spa services and related retail products - Clean, sanitize, and maintain tools, equipment, and treatment areas throughout the shift - Dispose of trash, handle linens, and secure supplies at the end of the shift - Adhere to time schedules to ensure smooth service flow throughout the day - Handle inappropriate guest behavior professionally, following company protocols and escalating as needed - Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety certifications - Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and wear the correct uniform - Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service - Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues - Essential knowledge of beauty and nail services Qualifications Required: - Background in high-end hotel spas preferred - Dedication to delivering top-tier service and creating a memorable experience for guests - Ability to work full-time on a permanent basis - Availability for day shifts - Willingness to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana, with a preference for candidates who can relocate with an employer-provided relocation package - Required availability for day shift work in person If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about providing exceptional spa services, Heaven Holistic Spa would love to hear from you.
