Spa Therapist (Female Candidate)

As a Massage Therapist at Sheraton, your role involves providing massage services to guests using props and/or products. You will also offer body treatments such as body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Before starting any service, it is crucial to assess guest needs and inquire about any contraindications like allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy. Staying updated on current techniques and modalities in the field is essential. Your key responsibilities include: - Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms - Arranging workstations, treatment rooms, and drapes - Ensuring guest comfort, safety, and security throughout the service - Promoting and selling spa/salon services and retail offerings - Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and treatment rooms - Sterilizing tools and disposing of trash and dirty linens - Adhering to time schedules and handling inappropriate guest behavior following company procedures - Maintaining current skills and licensure as per regional requirements In case of accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions, you must report them to the manager, complete safety training and certifications, and follow all company policies and procedures. Additionally, you are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect company assets, and welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
