Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Master Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Spa Master Trainer will be responsible for overseeing spa training programs, developing training materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring the consistent application of spa techniques and practices. The role involves mentoring spa staff, evaluating their performance, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the Spa Master Trainer will be tasked with staying updated on the latest spa industry trends and incorporating them into training modules.

Qualifications

• CIBTAC, CIDESCO or Equivalent certification mandatory
• Experience in Spa Management, Spa Treatments, and Spa Services
• Strong Training and Development skills, with a focus on hands-on technique training
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Health and Wellness practices
• Ability to mentor and motivate spa staff
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Spa Management
• Experience in the wellness industry is a plus
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training programs
