Role & responsibilities Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and APIs.Experience with Salesforce integrations, AppExchange tools, and automation processes.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.) are a plus.Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
