Job Description

As a Consultant in the Sourcing and Procurement team within the Capability Network (CN) at Accenture, your role will be pivotal in delivering sourcing and procurement engagements for clients across various industries globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering Sourcing and Procurement engagements focusing on strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, and intelligent procurement using tools like Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, and Jaggaer - Supporting the implementation of procurement solutions by gathering requirements, defining technical design, creating test scenarios, and ensuring the configured solution meets client requirements - Participating in supply chain Sourcing & Procurement business process discussions with clients - Designing solutions by understanding client requirements and leveraging the capabilities of eProcurement platforms like Ivalua, Coupa, Zycus, and Jaggaer - Providing project managers with estimates of complex work and resource requirements - Designing test scripts, creating user manuals, and training users on the system capabilities - Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value post-implementation - Delivering final solution deliverables to customers and ensuring project success through customer liaison activities Your professional and technical skills should include: - Strong data analytics and interpretation skills - Problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and ensure client satisfaction - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic environment Qualifications required for this role: - MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes - 2-4 years of consulting and industry experience in sourcing and procurement, including experience with eProcurement platforms like Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, and Jaggaer - Hands-on experience as a configuration or technical developer on eProcurement platforms - Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle would be an advantage In addition to your qualifications and skills, experience in a consulting firm and global exposure would be desirable for this role at Accenture.,
