Lead Handling and Qualification: Responding to Inquiries: - Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from potential incoming clients seeking travel services. Understanding Client Needs: - Actively listening to and understanding the incoming client's travel preferences, budget, interests, and specific requirements. - Cooperating & advising incoming client(s) on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. - Staying up to date on Indian travel destinations and restrictions Lead Qualification: - Generating leads through various online activities - Plans and manage travel experiences for inbound travelers to India - Presenting travel proposals to incoming clients, highlighting the benefits and value of the packages and services. - Selling Indian packages for FIT / GIT tours to clients. - Managing lead conversions & achieving assigned targets. - Understanding the market of competitors product & price 2. Client Communication and Service: - Promptly and effectively addressing client questions and concerns. - Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-booking needs. - Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 3.
