We are a small manufacturing company with a team of around 20 people, looking for a dependable, multi-skilled individual to support Accounts, HR & Admin, Production & Inventory Data entry. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounts, invoicing, and bank reconciliation Assist with GST, TDS, and coordination with auditors Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll support Oversee office administration and vendor coordination Record daily production and update stock of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Prepare daily and monthly reports as required Qualification & Experience. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shift Production Supervisor to oversee our injection molding operations and ensure seamless production activities. Job Summary: The Shift Production Supervisor will manage and monitor daily production operations during their assigned shift, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection molding and a strong ability to lead and motivate shopfloor teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities during the assigned shift to meet daily and monthly targets. Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet customer specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining quality systems, analyzing defects, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the production process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections and audits during various stages of production. Monitor adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements. Analyze internal rejection trends and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
