Job Summary: The Shift Production Supervisor will manage and monitor daily production operations during their assigned shift, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection molding and a strong ability to lead and motivate shopfloor teams. Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet customer specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining quality systems, analyzing defects, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the production process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections and audits during various stages of production. Monitor adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements. Analyze internal rejection trends and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
