Requirements: - 3-5 yrs experience in resort/hotel - Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine
- Team player, good communication skills
- Basic kitchen operations knowledge
Responsibilities:-
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes
- Assist Head Chef, maintain kitchen operations
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety
