Freshers with good academic credentials are welcome. What Youll Do Manage daily scheduling, reminders, and track instructor tasks. Verify task completion by instructors and provide status updates. Maintain daily reports, spreadsheets, and communication logs. Ensure company processes and checklists are consistently followed. Handle emails, documentation, and facilitate communication between teams. Monitor adherence to weekly schedules, highlight any deviations proactively. Learn and utilize AI tools for writing, summarizing, and generating reports, including Perplexity AI, ChatGPT, and image/video generation tools. Use digital tools for task management and collaboration such as Trello, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. Mandatory Skills and Qualities Highly organized, punctual, and detail-focused. Excellent oral and written communication. Strong documentation skills—accurate, structured, and professional. Quick learner with a passion for exploring new tools and workflows. Comfortable using AI tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, Canva, and prompt-based generation tools. Familiarity with collaboration and task management platforms such as Trello or Slack is a plus. Reliable and proactive in schedule monitoring and accountability. Comfortable working remote with flexible hours. Commitment to long-term work-from-home engagement and continuous learning. Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Required) Diploma holder in Electronics (preferred) or graduate with a strong academic record. Experience with email management, CRM software, or Canva. Opportunities to learn and contribute to social media, including video editing, visuals, ad campaigns, and coordinating content timelines. Opportunities to assist in electronics projects (Arduino, Micro:bit, sensors, etc.). Interest or experience in STEM, robotics, or electronics education is a plus.
