ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook South Indian breakfast and meals as per standard recipes
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes
  • Manage ingredients, storage, and mise en place
  • Follow kitchen protocols and maintain discipline in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in preparing South Indian cuisine
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety practices
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow under senior chefs
