Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate key compliance risks in the ISA region and develop mitigation plans.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the ISA region, ensuring compliance with ABC, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and competition law.
Actively engage with senior business leaders in ISA, serving as a strategic partner for compliance.
Collaborate with APAC and global Compliance & Investigations teams, business units, and stakeholders to integrate compliance with business strategy.
Educate employees and advise stakeholders on compliance matters, including new regulations and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify weaknesses, risks, and areas of non-compliance.
Support investigations from allegation to resolution, including root cause analysis.
Drive evolution and improvement of IBM's compliance programs for efficiency, effectiveness, and business alignment.
