Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Develop and manage sourcing strategies for casting, machining, forging, and sheet metal components.
Execute cost improvement programs and manage total cost ownership (TCO) for assigned projects.
Drive localization and technology transfer initiatives to optimize project costs.
Plan and execute retro-planning for NPI projects to meet FAI milestones and delivery timelines.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage cost reduction initiatives and margin improvement for NPI projects.
Conduct quick costing and work with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies.
Oversee the APQP process to ensure supplier feasibility and compliance.
Maximize local content and competitiveness by managing supplier relationships effectively.
