The Business Banking Manager, Associate position in Mumbai, India involves managing the liability business for Deutsche Bank across 17 locations in India. This role focuses on enhancing the value of the existing trade account portfolio by catering to a diverse population through various channels such as Personal banking, Private Banking, and Business Banking. As a Business Banking Manager, your key responsibilities will include advising and supporting business clients with complex credit financing needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This involves providing credit-related client solutions, assessing loans from an income and risk perspective, preparing credit submissions for approval, and identifying suitable products and solutions for clients. You will also be responsible for supporting efforts to gain new business, developing bespoke products and solutions, and maintaining business contacts in the lending business. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in servicing or sourcing clients, liabilities experience for sourcing Capital accounts, and a background in Banking or Premium club membership. Excellent communication skills in English, a well-groomed appearance, a minimum qualification of Graduation, and 5-10 years of relevant field experience are also required.
