I have done a few international travel through this agency. New Zealand trip I still fresh in memory. Good coordination and the guide was excellent. I am going on another trip to Australia this time. Hope this is as good as my earlier trip.

Incompetent service . I had asked them basic question that rates which SOTC provide and what Makemytrip gives whether it’s equal or less . For this they don’t give a straight Answer! What I figured is Makemytrip gives more customisation at lesser cost . SOTC wants to sell their standard packages .

Worst travel company I’ve ever come across. Epitome of the worst experience. Booking tickets were delayed, very very very poor customer follow up. They do not keep up to their timings and follow ups. All their tie ups are very bad, especially the flights. Please do not try to book here. Better to use other booking companies.
