It's been more than two and a half months since my last travel and refund is not credited back to us yet. I have followed up at least 50 times. Still waiting! I will never make the mistake of using SOTC ever again. Hope I get my money soon!

We had a good experience with SOTC for our recent tour to Dubai. It was well organised and the staff were very supportive and helpful. Kudos to Mr Selva Kumar and team at SOTC chennai

Very Poor Customer service as no one picks the call. I had asked for a quote for travel to KL for 10 Pax and now it's over 24 hours and still waiting for quote. I had requested a call back on the website to no avail. Hope I get a solution soon.

I called them thrice for a quote of Singapore tour for my family members.....no return call from them....they noted all my details like my phone no, Mail I'd....they never called me nor sent the quote through mail...... worst follow up from them never ever expected from them........

Oh God, Called the number indicated in here and an impolite guys picks the phone at 6PM. A company cannot have a proper PABX? Now trying the Annanagar contact and looks the same. No response.
