A bunch of unprofessional and unplanned people. Screwed my tour by making wrong plans. I am now fighting for a 80 euro refund for the past 2 months. Completely useless. Don’t even bother calling them.

i will not give even 1 star also very poor service they take the full payment in advance from client but they dont pay to the hotel were they have made the booking , now the hotel staff is suffering to get the payment from this travel …

They don't give you good discounts. We went with thomas cook instead. They are owned by Thomas cook and the staff who asked us to come in person never turned up when we went.

worst service by SOTC chennai. No timely feed back and will never honor their commitment. Needs a thorough self appraisal to improve the performance.

Very poor service.. much like private sector. They will be behind you till you made payment. After that God need to help you. Had tough time in dealing the marketing department.

Poor service. They don’t respond to your queries at all. I have contacted them several times.. mailed their customer service .. I haven’t seen such worst service. They just don’t want to work. Don’t travel with these people.
