Soft-skills/Analytical skills Other Requirements: Good Analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should be having enthusiasm and energy. Very good awareness of entire SDLC and processes related to SDLC. Should also be good in visualizing and formulating process flow diagrams.
