Job Description Mission: Provide strategic leadership to the Projects Sales vertical with a strong focus on specification-led sales in commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential segments. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Specification Engineers pan-India to drive pipeline generation, stakeholder engagement, and conversion to orders. Build SOMFY’s thought leadership and brand equity within the AEC (Architects, Engineers, Consultants) ecosystem. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure SOMFY’s solutions are visible, understood, and valued in the construction and design ecosystem. Establish strategic alliances with key influencers: Architects, MEP Consultants, Green Building Advisors, and Façade Designers. Regularly review and refine a pan-India project database, segment-wise tracking, and region-wise penetration. Represent SOMFY in industry forums, technical presentations, panel discussions, and exhibitions to position SOMFY as a market leader.
