Job Description:
Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for its Solvent Extraction Plant (SEP) department. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of solvent extraction operations, safety standards, and plant performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the solvent extraction plant.
• Monitor process parameters to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
• Manage manpower and shift planning.
• Maintain plant records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a solvent extraction plant.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
