Solution/Technical Architect

As a Solution Architect, your role will involve leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications. You will need to bring strong architectural thinking, hands-on engineering capability, and deep expertise in modern frameworks, cloud platforms, DevOps, and AI-driven application ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and define scalable, secure end-to-end architecture and set technical standards for web/mobile applications. - Guide teams in building robust Next.js/React and Python/Node.js applications, including support for AI/ML-driven features. - Establish comprehensive testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance) and QA processes to ensure the delivery of bug-free applications. - Architect, deploy, and optimize applications on GCP/Azure, implementing advanced CI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). - Implement secure coding practices, threat modeling, and lead governance for access control and compliance across all systems. - Mentor technical teams, drive architectural reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Business teams on solutioning. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud-native application development. - Strong experience in Next.js, React, Node.js, Python. - Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI/ML-based workflow design. - Deep understanding of scalable application design, microservices, and API-first architecture. - Experience building & testing web and mobile applications. - Strong cloud engineering experience with Google Cloud and Azure. - Expertise in DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Strong understanding of application, data, and cloud security principles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving approach with analytical thinking. - Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams. - Proactive ownership mindset with close attention to detail.
