We are seeking an experienced IT Architect

Mandatory skills:

• Strong experience in

  Next.js, React, Node.js, Python.

• Hands-on expertise with

  LangChain, LangGraph, and AI/ML

  -based workflow design.
• Deep understanding of scalable application design, microservices, and

  API-

  first architecture.
• Experience building & testing

  web and mobile applications

  .
• Strong cloud engineering experience with Google

  Cloud and Azure.

• Expertise in

  DevOps tools

  (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong understanding of application, data, and cloud security principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving approach with analytical thinking.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
• Proactive ownership mindset with close attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Lead Architecture & Design: Design and define scalable, secure end-to-end architecture and set technical standards for web/mobile applications.
2. Application Guidance: Guide teams in building robust Next.js/React and Python/Node.js applications, including support for AI/LLM-driven features.
3. Quality Assurance: Establish comprehensive testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance) and QA processes to ensure the delivery of bug-free applications.
4. Cloud & DevOps: Architect, deploy, and optimize applications on GCP/Azure, implementing advanced CI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
5. Security Governance: Implement secure coding practices, threat modelling, and lead governance for access control and compliance across all systems.
6. Technical Leadership: Mentor technical teams, drive architectural reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Business teams on solutioning.
