Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Architect. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions, integrating systems, and optimizing performance. Tasks include analyzing customer requirements, creating architectural specifications, providing support and troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires active participation in the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT solutions design and architecture
• Skills in integrating systems and optimizing performance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects remotely
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in supply chain solutions is a plus
