Job Description

Role Overview As a solution architect, the candidate needs to work closely with the IT and Business team from clients and Wizergos engineering and implementation teams to come up with the best solution for each project and resolve any issues identified in running systems in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecting Overall Architecture Design: Understand clients existing IT infrastructure and fitting in the Wizergos solution with it in the most secure, scalable, and optimal way keeping in mind cost optimization of the overall solution. Continuous improvement: Identify issues and improvement opportunities in existing running solutions and make them actionable. Problem Resolution Whenever required to provide quick and timely resolution to critical issues in production environment New Business Opportunities Growing: Identify, qualify, new business opportunities in clients' future road map. Advising: Be a technology advisor to clients and lead them to right solutions for their future roadmaps. Solution Championing: Present Wizergos’ value proposition and demonstrate how our platform can address customer pain points and enable transformation. General Responsibilities Collaboration: Work closely with client IT and Business teams and platform, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client engagement. Reporting: Provide accurate and useful updates to clients and Wizergos Management on status and health of solutions and engagements. Thought Leadership: Represent Wizergos to clients to showcase our expertise. Key Skills and Qualifications Experience: 3-10 years in building and running enterprise grade solutions ideally in the BFSI sector. Industry Knowledge: Experience in low-code platforms, AI-powered solutions, and trends in the BFSI sector is highly desirable. Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. Communication: Strong presentation and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply and effectively. Technical Aptitude: Comfort with modern technology stacks like cloud (AWS, EKS, K8), linux, docker, MySQL, PostGreSQL, REST, Python, JS Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
